COVID-19 update: Gabriel-Chemie Italia resumes production

Gabriel-Chemie is delighted to announce that the Italian site has been able to resume production activities since March 30th.
In order to make this possible, numerous measures have been implemented to ensure that employees are employed in a safe environment. As a first step, the family-owned company has divided its production and laboratory staff into two teams. From now on, these teams will work in a rotation model to minimise the risk of infection and ensure the highest possible continuity of operations, albeit at reduced capacity.
In addition, every employee of the family-owned company is obliged to wear protective masks and disposable gloves and all computer keyboards at the Italian site have been equipped with a polyethylene protective film, which is regularly replaced. In addition, Gabriel-Chemie arranges for complete disinfection of the company by a specialist company every Saturday.
Gabriel-Chemie hopes that the measures taken will create a safe environment for its employees and thus counteract the spread of the coronavirus.
